4 Days Family Trek

The Itinerary

Day 1

  • Marrakech
  • Imlil
  • Tachedirt (2300)

Pick up from Marrakech at 8:00AM, drive to Imlil the foot of High Atlas Mountains & Mt Toubkal, where the most of treks start in. we meet our local team(guide & mueleteer). We begin our trek towards Imnan Valley via Tizi N’tamatert (2200m) from here we enjoy a good views over two valleys Imlil Valley & Imnan Valley. We have our lunch on the way then we continue walking to Imnan Valley. Overnight in Guest House in a Berber Village Tachedirt.

Day 2

  • Matat

After breakfast, we leave the village & walk along Imnane Valley passing the Berber Village Tamgust and Ekkis, heading up to Tizi Agersioual 2000m, then continue down to Aguersioial village at the River where we will have our lunch. After lunch we continue up at Matat village . Spend night in a Guest house .

Day 3

  • Matat
  • Azzaden Valley
  • Refuge Tamsoulte

After breakfast, we leave Matat Village and go up to cross juniper forest & the pass of Tizi Oudide (2000m) to reach Azzaden Valley where we have our lunch, and after lunch we pass by a traditional old berber village called Tizi oussem1850m, then we continue up to the refuge of Tamsoulte.

Day 4

  • Tamsoulte
  • Tizi Mizik 2400m
  • Imlil
  • Marrakech

After breakfaste, we leave Tamsoulte and cross juniper forest and Tizi Mizik pass, from here we have a good view over the valley of Imlil and its villages, then we walk down to reach Imlil where take drive back to Marrakech.
